	Ronda Hygienist	Ronda graduated from Mott Community College in 1995 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been working here since November of 1995. She currently works part-time so she can enjoy her time at home with her son Nicholas. Ronda and her husband Steve live in Ortonville.
	Shannon Dental Assistant	Hello, my name is Shannon. I have been working as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Allain since January 2000. I have also been a patient of his since 1996. In 2001 I became a member of the American Dental Association Academy. I enjoy camping, animals, jet skiing and spending time with my family and friends. I have received my Certified Dental Assistants credentials in January 2006 & am currently working on my Registered Dental Assistants certification through Washtenaw Community College. 	Anna Dental Assistant	My name is Anna. I’ve been a member of the ADAA since 2000. I’ve been a Dental Assistant for Dr. Allain since September of 2000. Prior to this I was a patient of his when he opened the practice in 1996. I enjoy contributing to the optimal oral health of our patients and the challenges of this exciting career. At home I enjoy spending time with my daughter! She likes keeping me busy! I have received my Certified Dental Assistants credentials in January 2006 & am currently working on my Registered Dental Assistants certification through Washtenaw Community College. 	LaDawn Appointment Coordinator	LaDawn has been a member of our team since October 2000. She enjoys the many challenges that working in the dental field bring to her. The thing she likes most about dentistry is meeting so many new people and providing the best service possible to each and every one of them. When not working she enjoys spending time with her son and fiancé.
	Lisa Office Manager	Lisa has been involved with Lake Orion Family Dentistry since 1995. She is married with two boys. In her spare time she coaches Varsity softball at Avondale High School.
	Lori Administrative Assitant	Lori is the newest member of the LOFD front office team. She joined the practice in March 2005 as our administrative assistant. Lori enjoys working with the team and motivating our clients to strive for their best oral health care. Lori lives in Oxford with her husband Steve and her two daughters Lauren and Joelle. She enjoys being outdoors and attending her daughters sporting events.
	Rosmond Financial Coordinator	Rosmond is a returning employee. She was previously a dental assistant, and is now part of our front office team. Rosmond enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with her family.
	Lisa Hygienist	I graduated from Mott Community College in 1995 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I received my local anesthetic certification in 2003 from the University of Detroit-Mercy. This is an exciting time to be in dentistry. The technology and service we offer at Lake Orion Family Dentistry is like no other office I have seen. I live in Grand Blanc with my husband Scott, and 3 children, Allison, Caleb and Gabrielle. I look forward to creating an excellent dental experience for you and your family.
	Jennifer Hygienist	Hello, my name is Jennifer. I graduated from Ferris State University in 2005 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. In my free time I am usually horseback riding or competing at horse shows. I also enjoy camping, snowboarding, up-north trips, shopping :) and watching movies. I am excited to meet and take care of you and your family.
	Tiffany Dental Assistant	Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am currently certified as an oral and maxillofacial surgery assistant, through AAOMS California. I am looking forward to helping you achieve the best in dental health. In my 'free time" I enjoy being a mom to my two wonderful boys.
