New patients should complete the paperwork and bring the forms to their appointment. Give us a call if you have any questions.

We make paying for dental care convenient by filing insurance and accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash. We also offer layaway, so you can prepay your dental work.
For large cases, we gladly work with CareCredit, a trusted name in low-payment financing for qualified applicants.
