Lisa A, Office Manager

As office manager of Lake Orion Family Dentistry, it is my goal to make sure all of our patients have the best dental experience possible. I have been employed in the dental field for over 20 years and a part of the Lake Orion Family Dentistry team since 1995. Our team at Lake Orion Family Dentistry is one of the best you will ever meet. Due to working so closely and spending so much time together they are like my extended family. It is such a treat to come to work every day as laughter fills the air!

Having a State of the Art facility for our patients to be treated in is very important. One of my duties includes presenting treatment options to patients that assist them with enhancing their smile. I attended Oakland Community College on a softball scholarship and earned my Associates Degree. I continued on to Eastern Michigan University where I received my Bachelors Degree and have been pursuing my Masters degree at Oakland University. I am currently a member of the AADOM (American Association of Dental Office Managers).

I enjoy spending time with my two boys, Alec and Bryce. During the spring I coach Varsity softball at an area high school. I am also known to my colleagues as a sports nut! I enjoy watching the Detroit Red Wings and The Detroit Tigers. And yes, I am a dedicated Detroit Lions fan!

Lori, Administrative Assistant

My name is Lori and I am an Administrative Assistant here at Lake Orion Family Dentistry. My family and I started as patients of LOFD 16 years ago and I am now entering my seventh year as a part of the Front Office team. I feel we provide a unique experience as a dental office. Not only do we offer high quality care in our State-of-the Art facility, we understand that going for a dental appointment can be a stressful experience. We as a team truly care about each and every patient from the minute they walk through our door.

I enjoy working with our team and motivating our patients to strive for the best oral health care they can attain. Our team helps patients not only understand their dental treatment, but also understand their dental insurance and how we can utilize it to the fullest extent for covering their dental treatment needs.

I attended the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where I received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Medical Technology. My favorite time of year is summer where I enjoy being outdoors, walking, biking, or just hanging out with friends in our backyard! I love to travel and I live in Oxford with my husband Steve and two daughters, Lauren and Joelle.

Curtis, Registered Dental Hygienist

Welcome to Lake Orion Family Dentistry! My name is Curtis Thomas Jr., I am known around the office as "The Dental Guy". There is not much that I can not do in our state of the art practice. It is through my love of dentistry that my passion for helping people is achieved.

I am committed to Life-long learning "through the development of a habit of action orientation", by taking the initiative, by daring to go forward, by moving quickly on opportunities to assist Dr. Greenfield in his efforts to help our patients achieve healthier lifestyles and desirable smiles.

I have been working in the dental field for over seven years. After volunteering in San Antonio, TX for six months as a dental assistant trainee aboard Lackland Air Force Base with the 59th Dental Squadron, I quickly became a Registered Dental Assistant and was inspired to become a Registered Dental Hygienist by getting my Degree at Mott Community College. I have worked with Dr. Greenfield as a dental assistant previously and I feel extremely fortunate and blessed to have a permanent position as a dental hygienist and to be a part of such an awesome, gifted and talented Lake Orion team!

In my spare time I like to tear up the trails on my four-wheeler, get away from the everyday hustle and bustle with camping, fishing and touring the countryside on my motorcycle. I am often referred to as a "Jack of all Trades" as I tinker about the house always being sure to not let one minute pass me by without doing something productive with my time.

I am truly honored that you have chosen me and the rest of the Lake Orion Family Dentistry team as your dental healthcare providers. I believe that "Successful treatment is not an accident, it is meticulously planned." And we highly value your confidence and trust in us!

Seeing patients smile transformation, and knowing that we are using the latest technologies to improve our patients' dental health and overall wellness, is always exciting to me. I enjoy working at an office where the patient comes first. The system of individualized care and patient comfort set up by Dr. Allain, and carried on with the same level of dedication by Dr. Greenfield, makes working here not only a pleasant experience, but a rewarding one as well.

When not at work, I am often found at the gym, or I am taking some type of fitness or dance class. Some of my hobbies include gardening, camping, shopping, boating, cooking, drawing or just playing checkers.
